Alliance Technical Group, LLC (Alliance), a company backed by investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP), completed its latest strategic acquisition in 2022 with the purchase of CK Environmental. CK Environmental, based in Canton, Massachusetts, provides air quality testing (Stack Testing) and Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) integration and maintenance services throughout the northeastern United States.

Acquiring CK Environmental enhances Alliance’s leading national stack testing footprint and rapidly growing CEMS presence. This acquisition strengthens the resources necessary to continue the region’s growth of all Alliance service lines. With over 850 employees and 31 offices across the United States, Alliance provides a host of value-added service offerings to its established and growing customer base.
