Decatur, AL. / Oklahoma City, OK – August 9th, 2022 — Alliance Technical Group, LLC (“Alliance”), backed by investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP), completed its latest acquisition with the purchase of EcoTest Energy Services (“EcoTest”). This strategic merger expands both Alliance’s national footprint and the growing range of its environmental services.
Founded in Oklahoma City, OK, EcoTest began as an environmental compliance services company for the heavily regulated energy industry, eventually transitioning into an environmental consulting services business providing air quality testing and fugitive emissions monitoring across a spectrum of regulated sectors throughout the central and eastern United States. With a current presence in twelve states, the company specializes in Stack Testing, Leak Detection & Repair (LDAR), compliance services, and mechanical services.
